Qualifications

• 4–7 years of marketing experience, FinTech preferred.
• Proven skills across paid media, content and campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and content creation ability.
• Experience with agencies, influencers and vendors.
• Analytical thinker using data to improve performance.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work remote or hybrid and manage priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
• Understanding of ethical/Shariah-compliant finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans.
• Manage marketing calendar for campaigns and launches.
• Plan and optimise paid campaigns across digital channels.
• Manage budgets and measure CAC, ROI and KPIs.
• Oversee social media and create engaging content.
• Create marketing content including copy, graphics, videos.
• Develop email, push, lifecycle campaigns.
• Drive referral and loyalty initiatives.
• Build relationships with influencers, agencies and partners.
• Plan webinars, events and community activations.
• Collaborate with Country Management, Product, Compliance.
• Ensure approvals for marketing materials.
