Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) seeks a Manager – PB Marketing to plan and execute integrated campaigns across Current and Savings Accounts in the UAE. Lead cross-functional teams and agencies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, delivering culturally relevant campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

The role requires strong project management, multi-channel expertise, and fluency in Arabic and English, with deep knowledge of the UAE market and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in marketing and communications or similar.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and social channels to meet annual objectives.
• Translate business and product objectives into campaign strategies for the UAE market with the creative agency.
• Own campaign delivery from brief to media planning, production, launch, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver on-brand, error-free marketing content in Arabic and English across channels.
• Ensure communications are on-brand, accurate, and compliant with brand and regulatory standards.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and optimize for improved results.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and agency relationships effectively.
• Work with creative, CRM, website, social media, media, product, events and PR teams.
