Job summary

Landmark Group in Dubai seeks a strategic Martech Leader to define and drive the organisation’s Martech, Customer Intelligence, and Customer Engagement vision across all touchpoints. You will bridge business objectives with technology, leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, Ecommerce, CRM and Commercial to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, deep Martech knowledge, and a track record of transforming

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Martech, CRM, Digital Product, Ecommerce, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of Martech ecosystems (CRM, CDP, analytics, automation, tracking, and engagement tech).
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Bloomreach, Braze or similar.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced retail/ecommerce environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable operational and technology solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the organisation’s Martech, Customer Intelligence, and Customer Engagement strategy.
• Lead the evolution and optimisation of the Martech ecosystem across CRM, CDP, analytics, automation, tracking, personalisation, and customer engagement technologies.
• Translate business and customer objectives into scalable technical and operational solutions.
• Drive customer data, Customer 360, segmentation, loyalty, lifecycle management, and retention initiatives.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled marketing, personalisation, experimentation, and predictive customer engagement capabilities.
• Lead complex, cross-functional Martech initiatives across Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, Ecommerce, CRM, and Commercial teams.
• Establish Martech governance, operating models, processes, and maturity frameworks.
• Measure and communicate Martech performance, customer outcomes, and commercial impact to senior leadership.
• Partner with internal and external technology vendors and agencies to deliver scalable solutions.
