Job summary

SAAS Properties in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Marketing Manager to translate brand and campaign strategy into structured plans, budgets, and deliverables. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams across our projects and act as the operational link between strategy and execution.

You will oversee vendors, manage events and roadshows, review quotations and invoices, ensure brand consistency, and report progress to the Head of Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of marketing experience within real estate development.
• Proven experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Willing and able to travel regularly between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Translate Management's strategic direction into campaign plans, timelines, and budgets across projects.
• Plan and oversee project launches, events, and roadshows, ensuring materials and logistics are delivered on time.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, media suppliers, and vendors, negotiating rates and overseeing delivery quality and timelines.
• Review marketing quotations, purchase requests, and invoices before escalation to the Head of Marketing.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral, campaigns, and event materials.
• Manage the marketing budget and consolidate progress reports for the Head of Marketing.
• Liaise with various departments to align marketing materials with business needs.
