Marketing Manager | Abu Dhabi, UAE

What This Role Is About

Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager, based in Abu Dhabi, to lead marketing across brand, category, consumer, and commercial priorities.

The role will work closely with the wider business to understand consumer and market needs, identify growth opportunities, and bring new products to market. You will have strong exposure to product development, innovation, R&D, and manufacturing, with responsibility for taking ideas from concept through to launch.

This is a hands-on role for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys building things from the ground up, spotting opportunities, and taking ownership beyond a traditional marketing function.

The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit

• 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally within Food or FMCG
• Arabic speaker is a must
• Strong understanding of the food category, with experience working closely with R&D, innovation, and product development teams
• Proven experience managing new product launches and go-to-market strategies
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and the ability to translate market needs into marketing opportunities
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach, with the ability to build and develop ideas independently
• Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and key business stakeholders
• Good understanding of the GCC consumer and market landscape
