Job summary

Experts Plus Recruitment Services is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to own multichannel campaigns in a Dubai setting. You will optimize audience segmentation, deliverability, and performance reporting across Email, WhatsApp, and SMS channels.

Responsibilities include building campaigns, managing CRM data flows, creating nurture journeys, and performing QA testing. Proficiency in Eloqua/Marketo/SFMC, HTML/CSS, and Excel is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a dedicated Marketing Automation role
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Basic HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data cleaning and list management
• Experience with WhatsApp Business API and SMS gateway integrations

• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content layouts, and send times

• Build and maintain automated nurture flows and lifecycle journeys
• Perform rigorous QA testing on links, personalization tokens, and mobile responsiveness
• Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, and bounce rates
• Provide weekly performance reports on open rates, CTR, and conversion rates
• Maintain database hygiene by managing unsubscribes and hard bounces
