Black & Grey HR is seeking a Project Manager – Subsea to join our client's offshore project delivery team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This permanent office-based role includes offshore and field travel, leading EPC, IRM and inspection projects from award to close-out.

You will drive project performance, manage risks and ensure safety and quality across lifecycle. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, interface with clients, control budgets, schedules and commercial outcomes, and deliver projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Marine, Subsea or related discipline.
• Experience managing subsea EPC, IRM, inspection or offshore construction projects.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred; strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of subsea EPC, IRM, and offshore construction projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project execution plans, schedules, cost trackers, risk registers and controls.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, operations, marine and offshore personnel.
• Manage day-to-day client interface, meetings, contractual discussions, variations and stakeholder expectations.
