Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in manpower procurement, staffing, or recruitment
• Knowledge of the UAE manpower market and supplier network

Responsibilities

• Source and coordinate manpower based on project requirements
• Coordinate with manpower suppliers and vendors to ensure timely resource availability
• Negotiate rates, obtain quotations, and follow up with suppliers
• Prepare manpower requirements, procurement documents, quotations, and related records
• Maintain and develop a reliable database of manpower suppliers and vendors
• Coordinate effectively with HR, Operations, Project Teams, and external suppliers
• Ensure urgent manpower requirements are fulfilled within project timelines
