Job summary

Base Career in Dubai is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage manpower procurement and recruitment for diverse projects. You will source workers locally and internationally, coordinate with HR and Operations, and deploy manpower to sites in a timely manner.

The role requires 2+ years of UAE manpower experience, strong sourcing and negotiation skills, and the ability to work under targets to meet deadlines. In-person work in Dubai is expected.

Role Overview

Coordinate manpower procurement and recruitment for project and client requirements.

Source skilled and unskilled manpower locally and internationally and ensure timely deployment to project sites.

Procurement and Sourcing

• Identify manpower requirements with HR and Operations.
• Source workers through agencies, vendors, and direct channels.
• Negotiate supplier terms, rates, and contracts for cost efficiency.
• Manage manpower agencies and maintain an updated vendor database.
• Review supplier proposals and verify manpower quality against client standards.
• Prepare purchase orders, agreements, and manpower supply contracts.

Compliance and Payments

• Monitor supplier performance and compliance with labor laws and immigration regulations.
• Handle supplier payments, payment requests, and regular payment follow-ups.
• Maintain records of supplier invoices, outstanding payments, and settlements.

Hiring Coordination

• Ensure timely mobilization and deployment of manpower to project sites.
• Lead and coordinate the manpower hiring team.
• Handle bulk and urgent manpower requirements.
