Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with user departments to understand procurement requirements and ensure materials meet cost, quality and delivery standards.
• Obtain supplier quotations and prepare comparative statements for review.
• Assist with supplier negotiations on pricing, terms and delivery schedules.
• Raise purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Maintain supplier database and assist in supplier evaluation and development.
