Job summary

OneBullEx, a fast-growing digital asset trading platform, is seeking a Mandarin-fluent Finance Business Partner / Finance Manager to own exchange fund accounting across multiple entities and currencies. You will streamline reconciliation systems, implement robust internal controls, and bridge Finance with Product and Engineering to translate trading products into accounting logic.

Candidates should have CPA/ACCA, 3+ years crypto finance, on-chain data familiarity, and advanced Excel with ERP

Qualifications

• 3+ years of core accounting/finance experience in crypto or Web3.
• On-chain literacy with experience using block explorers for treasury tracking.
• Ability to translate crypto products into accounting requirements for ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounting across multiple entities and multi-currency wallets.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closes per reporting standards.
• Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and cash flow reports.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate trading products into accounting logic.
• Design and optimize automated reconciliation engines and sub-ledgers.
• Establish strong internal controls around treasury and wallet management.
