OneBullEx, a premier digital asset trading platform, seeks a Business Development Leader to drive international growth from Dubai. You will build and scale an multi-national sales organisation, lead strategic alliances, and shape go-to-market for the Spartan ecosystem.

You will manage cross-border teams, close major B2B deals, and report to executive leadership, advancing the group’s commercial footprint across global markets with an emphasis on strategic partnerships and channel development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business development, institutional sales, or client coverage within financial services, FX/CFD brokerages, wealthtech, capital markets, or high-growth fintech platforms.
• Proven track record closing B2B strategic alliances, channel partner deals, and institutional distribution agreements.

Responsabilités

• Build strategic networks by leading alliances with brokerages, asset managers, institutional funds, family offices, and distribution networks globally.
• Design partnership structures and joint-venture frameworks to drive ecosystem volume and multi-tiered growth.
• Lead GTM execution for the Spartan trading solution and prep the sales force for upcoming launches.
• Recruit, coach, and manage multi-country, time-zone diverse sales teams with a player-coach approach.
