OneBullEx, a fast-growing digital asset trading platform, seeks a Finance Business Partner / Finance Manager in Dubai. This hands-on role owns exchange fund accounting, reconciliations, and robust internal controls across multi-entity and multi-currency setups.

You will partner with Product and Engineering, drive automation of financial processes, and oversee wallet, ledger, and treasury operations with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Mandarin fluency required for cross-regional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• 3+ years of finance/accounting in crypto/Web3 space.
• Strong on-chain literacy and familiarity with block explorers.
• Ability to translate crypto products into accounting specifications.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle accounting across multiple entities and currencies.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closes in compliance with standards.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports; perform variance analysis.
• Bridge finance with Product and Engineering; define accounting requirements for systems.
• Design and optimize automated reconciliation engines and sub-ledgers.
• Improve financial workflows and automate cross-chain and fiat tracking.
