Job summary

OneBullEx, headquartered in Dubai, seeks a Business Development Leader to build and scale an international sales organisation from Dubai. You will lead partnerships with brokerages, asset managers, and institutional networks while driving global commercial expansion and multi-product go-to-market activities.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in financial services deal-making, a proven B2B alliances track record, and a strong ability to lead diverse teams, with excellent English communication

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development or institutional sales within financial services, FX/CFD brokerages, wealthtech, or capital markets.
• Proven track record closing B2B strategic alliances, channel partner deals, and institutional distribution agreements.
• Experience leading multicultural, multinational sales teams.
• Based in Dubai, UAE or willing to relocate; able to travel internationally.
• Excellent executive presentation and negotiation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic networks with regional brokerages, asset managers, institutional funds, family offices, and financial distribution networks globally.
• Design partnership structures and joint-venture frameworks to drive sustained ecosystem volume.
• Spearhead go-to-market for the Spartan trading solution and prep the sales force for upcoming launches.
• Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing, culturally diverse sales organization across countries and time zones.
• Join high-level partner meetings, co-pitch complex deals, and demonstrate strong negotiation techniques.
• Establish structured sales pipelines, commission models, KPIs, and accountability across the team.
