Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• 15+ years of professional experience in senior leadership within engineering/construction.
• Proven track record in leading complex projects and business operations.
• Strong planning, management, and performance management capabilities.
• Experience with UAE government entities, major clients, consultants and contractors preferred.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency essential; Arabic an advantage.

• Provide strategic direction to achieve short, mid, and long-term objectives.
• Develop and oversee the strategic plan aligned with mission and growth.
• Lead profitability, growth, and operational efficiency with ROI focus.
• Establish priorities and ensure implementation across the organization.
