Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in senior leadership within engineering, construction, contracting, or related industries.
• Proven track record leading complex construction or engineering projects and business operations.
• Strong strategic planning, business management, organizational development, and performance management capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency and sustainable business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve short, medium, and long-term objectives.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of the overall strategic plan aligned with mission and growth.
• Lead the business focusing on profitability, growth, efficiency, and return on invested capital.
• Establish priorities and ensure their effective execution across the organization.
• Review and evaluate planning processes and provide direction to heads of departments.
• Monitor performance against targets and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Represent the company with UAE government entities and other key bodies.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, and long-term profitability.
• Coach and develop senior management teams to strengthen leadership capabilities.
