The ideal candidate will blend a strong engineering background with proven business leadership in project controls, negotiations, planning, and stakeholder management in the engineering or construction sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory and MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in engineering, construction, contracting, or related industry.
• Minimum 6 years in senior management (GM/Operations Manager).
• Proven ability to drive revenue, profitability and strategic growth.
• Strong knowledge of project management, project controls, and commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for achieving budgeted revenue and profit targets.
• Provide strategic leadership to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
• Advise owners and management on strategy, commercial matters and organizational development.
• Lead organizational change and drive process improvements across the business.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships and ensure quality delivery.
