Four Seasons Hotel Dubai is seeking a Revenue Management professional to analyze performance metrics, benchmark pricing, and support regional initiatives aimed at optimizing pricing, inventory, and channel performance.

You will participate in performance reviews and strategic discussions, assist with audits and system configurations for new openings, and develop advanced analytical and presentation skills under senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Hotel Operations, Financial Analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for working with data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, OPERA PMS, IDeaS RMS, Amadeus Hospitality solutions, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze key hotel performance metrics including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy and GOPPAR to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Evaluate market intelligence, competitor pricing and demand patterns through revenue benchmarking and rate-shopping tools.
  • Support regional revenue initiatives and strategic projects aimed at optimizing pricing, inventory and channel performance.
  • Participate in hotel performance reviews and commercial discussions to understand market dynamics and revenue-driving strategies.
  • Assist with revenue system audits, configuration reviews and setup requirements for new hotel openings.

Revenue Management amp Performance Analysis

Distribution amp Commercial Projects

Analyze the effectiveness of distribution channels and partner performance Support rate parity monitoring and distribution optimization efforts Assist with troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives related to revenue and distribution systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and commercial effectiveness

Professional Development

Gain direct exposure to senior Revenue Management leaders and participate in strategic decision-making processes Develop advanced analytical presentation and commercial strategy skills through real-world projects and mentorship Have the opportunity to travel for a Task force and assist one of our sister properties
