Job summary

Aventus is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead project management operations across a portfolio of major construction and interior fit-out projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

You will report to the Managing Director, oversee project performance, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, and establish consistent PM processes with strong reporting and risk management. This role includes leadership across UAE and Saudi Arabia with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 12 years minimum of experience in PMO roles within construction or contracting.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects with a combined value of AED 300 million or more.
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project and Power BI.
• Willingness to travel periodically to Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Project Management Office (PMO), establishing clear processes, standards and reporting procedures.
• Oversee planning, budgets, timelines and risks across multiple live projects.
• Prepare management reports, performance dashboards and updates for senior leadership.
• Ensure effective project governance, contract compliance, change management and claims control.
• Work closely with Commercial, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Operations and Finance teams.
• Lead the implementation and improvement of project reporting tools, including Power BI dashboards.
• Support and mentor Project Managers and Directors across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee project performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will establish consistent project management processes, strengthen reporting and risk management, and provide senior leadership with clear visibility of overall project performance.
