Quantum Terminals Limited is hiring a Head of Project Management to lead planning, execution and delivery of strategic initiatives in the UAE.

You will develop standards, align objectives with business goals, and mentor a team of project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget results across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in project management, including leading complex projects or multiple teams.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, and risks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are an advantage.

Responsabilités
