• Provide leadership and oversee the project delivery lifecycle.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Coordinate with the Planning Manager and stakeholders to drive progress.
• Support in administration of Construction Contracts and risk management.
• Prepare reports and present project status to senior leaders.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in the construction industry with a strong track record in hotel and hospitality projects in the UAE

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and in line with defined objectives. The role supports the Project Director/Senior Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle, overseeing project processes, procedures, coordination, and day-to-day management. The ideal candidate is an effective leader and communicator with strong organisational, problem-solving, and project management skills, supported by relevant industry knowledge and experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide a level of service that meets the expectations and regarded as being of a high standard within the project management profession
• Identify areas for improvement in project delivery plans and implement action plans accordingly
• Manage a project / project section and drive the achievement of quality, programme and budget targets
• Assist in the administration of the Construction Contracts
• Manage Value Engineering workshops
• Conduct regular progress updates with the Planning Manager
• Provide valuable input into the assessment and adjudication of Contractor Delay Claims
• Inspires confidence and trust in interactions with Clients and key stakeholders
• Conducts meetings, produce minutes and drive outcomes
• Manage and motivate multi-disciplined teams and colleagues
• Participate in the Procurement process
• Provide detailed input for the monthly and other reports and make recommendations
• Anticipate problems before they arise and develop mitigation plans
• Participate in Risk analysis workshops
• Manage the Commissioning and Close-Out of a project
• Other project management duties as assigned by the Project Director / Senior Project Manager

What You Need

• Tertiary qualification (University Graduate) in either Project Management, Building Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture or similar plus a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in project management role and in the construction industry
• Progressively increased responsibility over career duration
• Relevant projects of an appropriate scale
• UAE experience preferred
• Active membership of a relevant professional institution is additional consideration

• Good understanding of Local Authority, Environmental, Green Design and other planning approvals requirements
• Good understanding of the procurement process, cost management and budgets
• Good understanding of design, co-ordination and technical issues
• Ability to compile and formulate accurate and detailed reports and presentations
