Job summary

Unreal in Dubai is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead end-to-end PMO efforts for packaging updates, product launches, and operational improvements. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage tight timelines, and keep packaging data organized in Monday.com.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, risk management, and clear stakeholder communication in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project management role within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Proficiency with Monday.com or similar workflow platforms.
• Experience managing diverse portfolios of cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to manage detailed project timelines and budgets.
• Ability to manage scope and defend timelines using data-driven solutions.
• Process-oriented mindset suitable for fast-paced environments.
• Experience building or maturing PMO frameworks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
