The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, risk management, and clear stakeholder communication in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project management role within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Proficiency with Monday.com or similar workflow platforms.
• Experience managing diverse portfolios of cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to manage detailed project timelines and budgets.
• Ability to manage scope and defend timelines using data-driven solutions.
• Process-oriented mindset suitable for fast-paced environments.
• Experience building or maturing PMO frameworks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for packaging updates, product launches, and operational improvements
• Lead weekly cross-functional meetings to review project status, risks, and priorities
• Establish and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Maintain Monday.com as the primary project management tool to track progress
• Maintain centralized project management and packaging databases
• Drive continuous improvement of project management systems and workflows
• Communicate project updates and risks transparently to stakeholders
