Unreal is seeking an analytics-focused professional to support category management and sales insights. You will analyze category dynamics, build performance dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize commercial execution across retail channels.

Qualifications

• Background in business analytics, syndicated research, or shopper insights.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) data.
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
• Experience partnering with sales teams or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Demonstrated data storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Category Management team in understanding category dynamics and developing selling stories
• Assist the Sales team with analytical support for customer meetings and presentations
• Build and maintain monthly performance scorecards, dashboards, and reporting
• Lead deep-dive analyses on category landscape, SKU optimization, and competitive dynamics
• Own the sampling process for all Sales and Influencer shipments
