Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a seasoned Manager Leasing to lead our Retail team. You will oversee leasing operations from pre-opening through ongoing tenancy, ensuring strong tenant relationships and flawless store performance.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in leasing or property management, at least 2 in a managerial role, and a solid grasp of lease agreements and real estate law. Bachelor’s degree required; RICS certification is a plus.

• Proven experience in leasing or property management; strong knowledge of lease agreements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for leased-store tenants from pre-opening through ongoing operations.
• Lead tenant opening readiness, including coordination of access, permits, inspections, staffing, training, systems, deliveries, merchandising, and operational approvals.
• Monitor compliance with lease obligations, property rules, operating hours, brand standards, health and safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular store inspections and operational reviews, document deficiencies, and follow through on corrective actions with tenants and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Security, Facilities, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and other resort departments to resolve tenant operational matters.
• Manage tenant communications, service requests, incident follow-up, access requirements, deliveries, and operational escalations in a timely manner.
• Track store performance, operating compliance, guest feedback, incidents, and outstanding actions; provide concise reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Support tenant participation in resort promotions, events, VIP initiatives, and cross-property programs that drive traffic, conversion, and guest engagement.
• Maintain accurate operational records, tenant contacts, approvals, compliance documentation, incident logs, and critical action trackers.
• Represent the property and the Wynn brand, building productive tenant relationships and ensuring leased stores operate harmoniously within the integrated resort.
• Ensure tenant teams understand the resort's amenities, guest-service standards, and available tenant services, and encourage effective use of these resources to support each store's commercial performance.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. About You

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (RICS or similar certification is a plus)
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in leasing or property management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of lease agreements, real estate laws, and retail leasing practices
• Proficiency in lease administration software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
