Job summary

Dubai Holding seeks a Manager – Investment Operations to support operational and administrative activities across DHI’s investments, including funds platform. You will coordinate with internal teams and external service providers, driving accuracy and proactive processes.

Ideal candidate has 4+ years in fund operations or administration, degree in accounting/finance, and strong Excel/data management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of fund structures (LP/LLC), capital calls, and waterfall mechanics.
• Proficient in Excel and data management.
• Taking and Sustaining - Level 3; Strategic Thinking - Level 3; High Performance Teamwork and Cooperation - Level 3.

Responsibilities

• Capitalize activity oversight: track/process capital calls, distributions, redemptions, subscriptions across funds and investments.
• Data and reporting management: maintain fund performance, exposure, liquidity tracking databases; support reports/audit requests; ensure timely report delivery.
• Trade & settlement oversight: track subscription/redemption timelines and ensure timely settlement; liaise with custodians and fund administrators.
• Audit, tax and compliance support: provide data for audits and tax filings; maintain documentation and internal controls; review NAV reporting; reconcile data.
• Process and system management: design/improve workflows; lead systems automation and data integration; maintain capital tracking models and exposure tools.

Dubai Holding is looking to hire a Manager – Investment Operations within Dubai Holding Investments. The job holder is responsible to support the operational and administrative activities of DHI’s investments, including DHI’s Funds platform. The role holder will be exposed to a wide array of investment strategies, including direct investments, co-investments, private equity funds, private credit funds and hedge funds. The role holder is expected to drive strong coordination with internal teams and external service providers while being detail - oriented and proactive

Key Accountabilities:

Capital Activity Oversight:

• Track and process capital calls, distributions, redemptions, and subscriptions across multiple underlying funds and investments
• Maintain accurate records of investment commitments, funding status, and liquidity schedules
• Reconcile cash flows and maintain internal capital account models

Data and Reporting Management:

• Maintain and update fund performance, exposure, and liquidity tracking databases
• Support quarterly reports, factsheets, and audit requests
• Ensure timely delivery of reports to internal stakeholders
• Review ODD reports provided by third party and provide feedback
• Coordinate document collection and data entry for new fund investments
• Maintain operational due diligence tracking tools
• Interface with third-party ODD providers as needed

Trade & Settlement Oversight:

• Track and Monitor subscription/redemption timelines and ensure timely settlement
• Liaise with custodians and fund administrators to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing

Audit, Tax and Compliance Support:

• Provide data and support for annual fund audits and tax filings
• Maintain proper documentation and internal controls
• Coordinate with fund administrators to review and understand monthly/quarterly NAVs reporting
• Maintain knowledge of NAV components, including management and performance fees from underlying managers and flag anomalies
• Support reconciliation between fund administrator-reported data and internal investment records or models

Process and System Management:

• Design and improve operational workflows and controls to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
• Lead initiatives for systems automation, data integration, and dashboard/reporting improvements
• Maintain internal capital tracking models, waterfall calculations, and exposure monitoring tools

Who we are looking for:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in fund operations or administration — ideally within a fund of funds or multi-manager platform

Education/Professional Certification:

• Degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline from a recognized university
• Strong understanding of fund structures (LP/LLC), capital calls, and waterfall mechanics
• Proficient in Excel and data management
