The Manager– Investments is a senior leadership role responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and
executing real estate investment opportunities across Dubai and the wider UAE. The role requires
deep exposure to building sales, broker management, strategic investment pipeline
development, and asset management. The candidate will drive commercial outcomes, manage key
market relationships, and ensure the long-term performance and value creation of the firm’s real
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate real estate investment opportunities including commercial, residential, and income-generating assets.
- Identify off‑market opportunities through strong broker and developer networks.
- Lead the sale of buildings and large-scale real estate assets, including pricing strategy, marketing coordination, and buyer engagement.
- Manage end-to-end transaction processes to ensure timely and profitable exits.
- Coordinate with asset management & compliance, and financial advisors during sale processes.
Broker & Partner Management
- Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and exclusivity agreements.
- Monitor broker performance and ensure alignment with the firm’s investment strategy.
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and institutional investors.
Strategic Investment Pipeline Development
- Develop and maintain a forward-looking pipeline of real estate investment opportunities aligned with the firm’s growth strategy.
- Track market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in GCC.
- Support long-term capital allocation planning and portfolio diversification.
Regulatory Compliance
- Investment Committee Memorandums/Presentations and Investor Relations Support
Asset Management & Value Creation
- Oversee the performance of existing real estate assets, ensuring optimal occupancy, rental yields, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with property managers, facility teams, and leasing agents to enhance asset value.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs for each asset.
- Recommend and execute value-enhancement strategies such as refurbishments, repositioning, or divestment.
Stakeholder & Regulatory Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with RERA, DLD, master developers, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate regulations and transaction requirements.
- Represent the firm at industry events, investment forums, and real estate conferences.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, asset management, or
- Proven track record in building sales, large-scale real estate transactions, and investment execution.
- Strong network of brokers, developers, and real estate intermediaries in the UAE.
- Exposure to investment committee processes, financial modelling, and deal structuring.
- Deep understanding of UAE real estate markets, valuation methods, compliance strategies and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to build and manage strategic investment pipelines with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, financial modelling and analytical capabilities with strong
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
