Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a Senior Manager – Strategy & Value Creation to work from the corporate office in Dubai. The role involves leading enterprise-wide transformation, designing new business blueprints, and coordinating governance for strategy execution and monitoring.

You will collaborate with the Executive Director to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives, reporting progress and risks to leadership, while building strong stakeholder relationships.

• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Prepare management updates and reports on progress, risks, and actions.

Dubai Holding is looking to hire a Senior Manager – Strategy & Value Creation at the corporate office.

The job holder is responsible for working closely with the Executive Director – Strategy & Value Creation Office in establishing and implementing the governance framework for Strategy Execution & Monitoring and supporting in implementation of strategic initiatives to meet the intended objectives, and also support with Governance activities as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Transformation and Tech

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide transformation programmes, including operating model redesign, process optimization, AI-enabled transformation and customer experience improvement.

Building new businesses

• Develop robust blueprints for new businesses, covering market assessment, value proposition, go-to-market strategy, operating model and business plan validation.
• Translate approved business blueprints into executable implementation plans and lead mobilization through launch.
• Lead periodic reviews of portfolio companies’ strategic initiatives and key milestones.
• Prepare management updates highlighting progress, key risks and mitigation actions.
• Review and challenge vertical submissions to ensure accurate, consistent and reliable reporting.

Implementation special projects

• Define and assess the readiness of initiatives ensuring that they are set up for success aligned with Dubai Holding’s business objectives and priorities.
• Manage initiatives end-to-end e.g., identifying and structuring problems, analyzing root causes, developing and recommending solutions, developing execution approach / methodology, mitigating identified risks, while managing a complex stakeholder landscape across business.
• Define effective and sustainable delivery milestones of strategic transformational initiatives.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

• Manage cross-functional initiatives and ensure on-time delivery with high level of accuracy through effective collaboration.
• Ensure regular information exchange with all relevant stakeholders and update them on the development progress across projects.
• Build relationships with key personnel to help achieve organizational goals.

Reporting

• Contribute to the development of presentations on business cases, research, progress across key mandated objectives, performance and communicate results across the organization.
• Responsible for the preparation of business presentations and reports related to Strategy & Value Creation for various stakeholders, on periodic and ad hoc basis as and when required.

Who we are looking for:

• Between 4-6 years’ experience in a strategy role within consulting or similar organizations
• Good knowledge of the real estate industry gained through direct industry experience or several projects in the sector.

Education / Professional Certifications:

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Advanced quantitative analysis and modelling skills
• Excellent mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to take ownership and deliver in line with high expectations
