Job summary

AffirmedRx in Dubai seeks an experienced data operations leader to coach a specialized technical team, balance leadership with hands-on troubleshooting, and build robust processes in a regulated healthcare setting.

You will own the accuracy of client eligibility and accumulator data, oversee SFTP configurations, drive coding automations, and lead Scrum ceremonies as Scrum Master, while engaging clients during onboarding and escalations. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data operations or PBM/TPA data roles.
• Hands-on PBM experience including eligibility files and claims adjudication.
• Direct people management experience with coaching and accountability.
• Proficiency in SQL, file specifications, and automation code.
• Experience with SFTP and change control in regulated healthcare.
• Working knowledge of Scrum/Agile practices.
• Ability to travel 10–20%.

• Oversee SFTP setup, configuration, and management for client and vendor file transmissions
• Drive coding automations to reduce manual file handling and operational risk
• Manage the change control process for client data, file layouts, and production systems
• Serve as Scrum Master, leading sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Act as a technically credible point of contact for clients during onboarding and escalations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data operations or a related PBM/TPA/adjudicator data role
• Direct, hands-on PBM experience including eligibility files and claims adjudication
• Prior people management experience with a focus on coaching and accountability
• Proficiency in reviewing SQL, file specifications, and automation code
• Experience with SFTP and change control in regulated healthcare environments
• Working knowledge of Scrum/Agile practices
• Ability to travel 10%-20%
