Job summary

AffirmedRx in Dubai seeks an experienced data operations leader to coach a specialized technical team, balance leadership with hands-on troubleshooting, and build robust processes in a regulated healthcare setting.

You will own the accuracy of client eligibility and accumulator data, oversee SFTP configurations, drive coding automations, and lead Scrum ceremonies as Scrum Master, while engaging clients during onboarding and escalations. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data operations or PBM/TPA data roles.
• Hands-on PBM experience including eligibility files and claims adjudication.
• Direct people management experience with coaching and accountability.
• Proficiency in SQL, file specifications, and automation code.
• Experience with SFTP and change control in regulated healthcare.
• Working knowledge of Scrum/Agile practices.
• Ability to travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a specialized technical team, balancing leadership with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Own the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of client eligibility data.
• Oversee SFTP setup, configuration, and management for client/file transmissions.
• Drive coding automations to reduce manual file handling and risk.
• Manage the change control process for client data and production systems.
• Serve as Scrum Master, leading sprint planning and standups.
• Act as a credible client contact during onboarding and escalations.
