Job summary

Nourish, a leader in dietitian-led metabolic health care, seeks an experienced operations leader to grow a Credentialing/Enrollments team. You will prioritize work, review quality, and direct virtual-assistant capacity while owning end-to-end credentialing programs, including payer enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support a pod of Credentialing or Enrollments Associates, setting priorities and reviewing work quality
• Direct virtual-assistant capacity including work allocation, training, and performance monitoring
• Own complex credentialing programs end-to-end, including payer enrollments and delegated credentialing operations
• Build and maintain clear SOPs, operating cadences, and audit-ready records
• Use metrics to manage capacity, throughput, timeliness, and execution risk
• Design scalable workflows and recommend tooling and automation in partnership with Product and Engineering
• Serve as the day-to-day escalation point for the area owned, resolving blockers independently
• Coach associates into stronger owners and future leaders

• Own complex credentialing programs end-to-end, including payer enrollments and delegated credentialing operations
• Build and maintain clear SOPs, operating cadences, and audit-ready records

Requirements

• Approximately 5–9 years of experience in payer enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare operations
• Meaningful domain depth across provider onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and accreditation
• Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including managing performance and developing team members
• Experience owning complex operational programs with rigorous compliance and documentation requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex regulatory issues
• Ability to be flexible and effective in fast-changing conditions
