Job summary

EDGE in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced CRM Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and continuous enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, driving the digital transformation of the lead-to-cash process and real-time visibility of the sales pipeline.

• 5+ years of experience in CRM management, sales operations, or business systems.
• Strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract execution.
• Experience driving process automation, data governance, and CRM optimization initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills.
