Job summary

Client of Discovered MENA is seeking a Product Manager to own and scale the CRM product roadmap, driving end-to-end delivery from discovery to enterprise deployment.

You will be hands-on with the Dynamics 365 platform, leading a delivery team and collaborating with business stakeholders to maximize value and client experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Dynamics 365 depth inside a FS company, including front-end experience end users touch.
• 10+ years in product management within financial services.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the CRM product roadmap.
• Lead the CRM platform build and integration, including Dynamics 365 front-end development.
• Drive measurable value: productivity gains, revenue growth, cross-sell optimization, better client experience.
• Manage end-to-end product delivery from discovery and MVP through enterprise deployment and adoption.
• Own vendor and ecosystem relationships including Microsoft and Salesforce.

We are working on behalf of a a large financial institution Right now some of the departments have a fractured view of their clients Data lives scattered across CRM Dynamics 365 email and Teams with no single Client 360 or Group 360 picture pulling it together The foundation to fix this is already funded and underway What s missing is a product leader who can turn that investment into a CRM platform that can actually be adopted - end to end from roadmap to enterprise rollout

We re hiring a Product Manager to own the CRM product roadmap and take it from where it stands today to full enterprise deployment This is a build-and-scale mandate not a governance seat - you ll be hands-on with the platform the delivery team and the business stakeholders who depend on what you ship

What you ll own

• Define and own the CRM product roadmap
• Lead the CRM platform build and integration work including hands-on ownership of the Dynamics 365 implementation and the front-end experience
• Drive measurable business value productivity gains revenue growth cross-sell optimization and improved client experience - not just delivery milestones
• Manage end-to-end product delivery from discovery and MVP through to enterprise-scale deployment and adoption
• Own vendor and ecosystem relationships including Microsoft Salesforce and delivery partners
