Job summary

Edge Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced CRM Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and continuous enhancement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This role drives the digital transformation of the lead-to-cash process, ensuring data accuracy and real-time visibility of the sales pipeline.

You'll build and guide the CRM team, drive automation across leads, opportunities, proposals, contracts and orders, and partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CRM management, sales operations, or business systems.
• Strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• End-to-end sales lifecycle understanding from lead generation to contract execution.
• Experience driving process automation, data governance, and CRM optimization initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
