Job summary

TalentOne seeks an experienced Lean & Productivity leader (AVP/Manager) to drive enterprise-wide transformation across Insurance, Healthcare and Financial Services. Lead Lean initiatives, Gemba walks, VSM and Kaizen, partnering with senior leadership to reduce waste and improve TAT.

Role emphasizes daily management, SOP governance, and coaching teams in Lean methods; use Power BI/Tableau and digital Lean tools to deliver measurable performance improvements and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Lean Transformation, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or Productivity Improvement.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide / large-scale Lean transformation projects.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Lean methodologies, Kaizen, VSM, 5S, A3, Standard Work and Root Cause Analysis.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt certification preferred/strongly required for senior profiles.
• Strong experience in productivity, TAT, process efficiency, cost reduction and performance improvement.
• Experience conducting Gemba walks and end-to-end process assessments.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management experience, including working with senior leadership.
• Experience with process mining / BPM / workflow automation / digital Lean tools.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean / Operational Excellence / Productivity Improvement initiatives across functions.
• Conduct Gemba walks, process diagnostics, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Analysis and Kaizen.
• Identify bottlenecks, capacity gaps, waste and productivity opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
• Drive improvements in TAT, productivity, SLA, throughput, cost and service quality.
• Implement daily management systems, visual management, tiered huddles and standard work.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps and governance frameworks.
• Coach leaders and teams on Lean methodologies and structured problem solving.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement across senior leadership and business functions.
• Utilize Power BI / Tableau, process mining, dashboards, workflow automation and digital Lean tools to improve performance visibility and decision-making.
• Track and demonstrate measurable business benefits, including productivity gains, cost savings and capacity release.

Role Summary

We are looking for experienced Lean & Productivity professionals to lead enterprise-wide Lean Transformation, Operational Excellence and productivity improvement initiatives. The role will drive process efficiency, waste reduction, TAT improvement, cost optimization and sustainable continuous improvement across business functions.

MANDATORY Skills:

8–10 years of experience in Lean Transformation, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or Productivity Improvement.

Proven experience leading enterprise-wide / large-scale Lean transformation projects.

Strong hands-on knowledge of Lean methodologies, Kaizen, VSM, 5S, A3, Standard Work and Root Cause Analysis.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt certification preferred/strongly required for senior profiles.

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Agile/Scrum or PMP certification.
