Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate in Dubai seeks a Tenant Relations Executive to support tenant relationships and mall operations at Arabian Center. You will coordinate with retailers, manage permits, support events, and maintain accurate tenant records.

The role requires strong communication and coordination across Operations, Facilities, Finance, Leasing, Marketing, and HSE, with 3–5 years of experience in tenant relations or property management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in tenant relations, coordination, customer service, property management, or a similar field.
• Experience in a shopping mall or retail property environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with tenants regarding mall events, operating hours, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Review and manage work permits and NOC procedures for retailers and maintenance.
• Prepare monthly reports on tenant sales, performance, and compliance metrics.
• Support finance and facilities teams with payments, AMC, and utility bills follow-ups.
• Maintain tenant records, documentation, and communication to ensure smooth mall operations.
