Job summary

Al-Futtaim is hiring a Tenant Relations Executive for Mall Operations in Dubai. The role focuses on tenant coordination, compliance, work-permit management, and retailer engagement to support Arabian Center's smooth operations.

The candidate will liaise with leasing, finance, facilities management, security, HSE, marketing, and operations teams to maintain retailer performance and mall standards. Strong English, 3–5 years of related experience, and mall familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in tenant coordination, mall operations, or related fields.
• Shopping center or mall experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for retailers and internal teams.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tenant requests and follow-ups.
• Fluent English communication skills and professional/ diplomatic approach.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve eligible work permits for maintenance, displays, merchandising, and other activities inside tenant premises.
• Follow up with retailers and the Operations Team to ensure permits are completed and closed.
• Coordinate issuance of NOCs requested by retailers per mall procedures.
• Communicate mall events, hours, policies, and compliance requirements to tenants.
• Maintain regular contact with retailers through meetings, memos, newsletters, and correspondence.
• Prepare monthly tenant reports covering sales, occupancy cost ratios, performance, and sales-to-footfall trends.
• Coordinate action plans for lower-performing retailers with Marketing and internal stakeholders.
• Support Facilities Management and Finance with follow-up on charges and outstanding amounts.
