Job summary

Irwin & Dow in Dubai is seeking an experienced Leasing Executive to drive revenue-generating retail leases for a high-profile UAE mall. You will identify tenants, present opportunities, and support negotiations to improve occupancy and income.

This role involves lead generation through brokers and direct outreach, shop and mall tours, Ejari coordination, renewals and replacements, and close collaboration with marketing, operations and finance to onboard tenants.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial retail leasing, ideally within a shopping mall.
• Experience with shop leasing and tenant mix is preferred.
• Arabic language skills preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through brokers and direct outreach.
• Present leasing opportunities to retailers and brands.
• Assist with negotiations of lease terms and renewals.
• Support occupancy and income growth through site tours, market research, and tenant onboarding.
