Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Customer Service professional to support the bespoke program at a specific MAF Mall. You will help drive service standards, manage day-to-day information desk operations, and resolve customer queries to support a seamless shopping experience.

The role focuses on delivering courteous service, understanding mall activities, and maintaining adherence to policies while assisting guests and colleagues across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year work experience in Customer Service in a reputed shopping centre or luxury hotel in GCC or abroad.

Responsabilités

• Maintain up to date knowledge of mall services and events to assist customers.
• Operate the Customer Service Information Desk and assist customers with queries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints per policies and SLA.
• Execute the Gift Card program and ensure compliant payment handling.
