Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Customer Service Information Desk Associate to maintain up-to-date knowledge of shopping centre services, facilities, stores and mall layout, and to support smooth daily operations.

You will assist customers, provide directions, answer queries, and handle complaints per policies while executing the Gift Card program under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' work experience in Customer Service field in a reputed shopping centre, luxury hotel industry in GCC or abroad.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up to date knowledge of mall services, amenities, stores, layout and promotions to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Customer Service Info desks.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Information Desk under supervision and established processes.
• Assist customers at the Information Desk by providing directions, information on events, answering queries (phone or in person) and other mall-specific duties.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints per policies and with courtesy and professionalism within agreed SLAs.
• Execute Gift Card program in assigned operating assets and ensure payment handling follows policies and procedures.
