Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Customer Service Information Desk associate in Abu Dhabi to maintain up-to-date knowledge of mall assets, assist customers, and support event information and promotions. You will resolve service inquiries and process gift card transactions in accordance with established policies.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally within a shopping centre or luxury hotel setting in GCC or abroad.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ work experience in Customer Service field in a reputed shopping Centre, luxury Hotel industry in GCC or abroad.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up to date knowledge of the AMBU operating assets, services and mall layout to ensure smooth desk functioning.
• Ensure smooth day to day operations of the Customer Service Information Desk under supervision.
• Assist customers with directions, inquiries about events, and mall information.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints with courtesy and professionalism per policies.
• Execute Gift Card program and ensure payment handling complies with procedures.
