Job summary

AUTO ASSIST LIMOUSINE in Dubai seeks a Male HR cum PRO to join our growing team. You will manage HR and PRO duties, support recruitment, onboarding and coordination for drivers and blue-collar staff.

The role requires at least 2 years UAE experience, a valid UAE driving licence Category 3, and strong communication skills. We offer visa, medical insurance, and other benefits under UAE Labour Law.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in HR PRO or a similar role.
• Experience managing blue-collar employees and drivers.
• Hands-on in recruitment, interviews, onboarding and training.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence Category 3 is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, emails and general computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and handle HR documentation and employee coordination.
