Qualifications

• Must be Malayalee with knowledge of traditional Kerala cuisine.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef specializing in Malayalee cuisine.
• Ability to create new dishes while maintaining authenticity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook traditional Malayalee dishes such as appam, puttu, sambar, and avial.
