Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Responsible and Supporting Planning Engineer to develop and implement maintenance plans and strategies for Civil & Control systems across Abu Dhabi facilities. Qualifications

• 10-12 years of relevant maintenance experience as an engineer in the discipline.
• 5+ years of core experience in oil & gas process facility maintenance planning/scheduling.
• Proven experience with CMMS for planning and scheduling.
• Civil engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt production or compromise safety.
• Develop and maintain spare parts inventory and budget planning.
• Coordinate with the PI-MA section execution team on manpower availability and resources, ensuring on-time completion.
• Analyze historical data and asset conditions to forecast maintenance needs and future budgets.
• Collaborate with OPMA to prioritize expenditures and optimize resource allocation.
• Identify training needs and implement on-the-job training per policy and procedures.
• Manage section KPIs to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Prepare turnaround maintenance planning for scheduled shutdowns, including scope, scheduling, resources, and risk assessments.
• Define division of responsibility in the Work Schedule to ensure clear accountability.
