Job summary

Star Services LLC is looking for a Maintenance Planning Officer – Civil for offshore work in the UAE. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 10–12 years of relevant maintenance experience, including 5 years in the Oil & Gas sector.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Oil & Gas industry as a Planning Engineer in I&C maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing annual maintenance budgets for offshore facilities.
• Collaborate with respective sections to prioritize expenditures.
• Identify training needs for Civil section staff.
• Support Planning Engineer in maintaining training records.
• Establish competency measurement methods to evaluate team skills.
• Monitor stock and usage levels of spares, consumables, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Skills

Proficiency in maintenance management software

Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering principles

Time management and multi-tasking skills

Education
