Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a Maintenance Planning Engineer to develop and coordinate integrated maintenance, shutdown and engineering activity plans for oil and gas operations at Abu Dhabi. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5-6 years of multidisciplinary planning experience.

The position involves preparing short- and long-term schedules, maintaining the Seven-Year Integrated Activity Plan, coordinating maintenance barge requirements, and supporting Wellhead Tower campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 5-6 years of multidisciplinary planning experience in oil and gas or petrochemical environments.
• Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive maintenance and shutdown plans to support major activities.
• Coordinate integrated work programs with Integrity, Production, Projects and other stakeholders.
• Develop short- and long-term schedules for maintenance schemes, shutdowns and engineering activities.
• Maintain and update the Seven-Year Integrated Activity Plan.
• Monitor progress and report deviations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
