Job summary

Al Sahraa Group is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator (Equipment / Yard) in Abu Dhabi to oversee preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for heavy equipment, vehicles, lifting gear, and yard assets supporting logistics and operations.

The role requires 5+ years in heavy equipment maintenance coordination, familiarity with ERP/SAP/CMMS systems, and UAE experience. You will coordinate with technicians and vendors, ensure HSE compliance, and manage spare parts and records.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance coordination.
Experience with fleet maintenance, workshop operations, or yard equipment maintenance.
Experience with ERP/SAP/CMMS or similar systems.
UAE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily maintenance activities and workshop operations.
Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Track equipment availability and minimize downtime.
Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, vendors, and contractors.
Maintain maintenance records, work orders, service reports, and equipment history.
Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements.
Arrange inspections, certifications, and testing of lifting equipment.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, PTW, and LOTO procedures.
Prepare maintenance reports and KPI updates.
Support fleet and heavy equipment maintenance operations.
