Ejadah Asset Management Group LLC is seeking an experienced Facility Coordinator to support day-to-day facilities management services in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate maintenance activities, monitor service requests, and ensure timely completion within SLA/KPI targets alongside cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2–5 years of FM coordination experience in the UAE, a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with CAFM/CMMS systems and MS Office.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in FM, Engineering, Business Admin or related preferred.
• 2–5 years of FM coordination/administration experience, UAE preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance, and work-order management.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily FM operations and maintenance activities.
• Log, assign, monitor and follow up on work orders through CAFM/CMMS systems.
• Coordinate PM maintenance schedules and monitor completion of activities.
• Liaise with MEP teams, supervisors, subcontractors and service providers.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly FM operational and performance reports.
• Ensure records of work orders, service reports and contracts are maintained.
