MARAFI MARINE CONTRACTING- L.L.C is seeking a Storekeeper for its Heavy Equipment and Trailer Workshop in Abu Dhabi. The role involves receiving and issuing spare parts, maintaining accurate stock records, and coordinating with procurement to ensure parts availability.

The candidate should have experience in storekeeping within heavy equipment, knowledge of CAT/Komatsu parts, and strong Excel/ERP skills. Apply to support efficient workshop operations.

Competenze

• Experience in storekeeping, preferably in a heavy equipment workshop.
• Knowledge of spare parts for CAT and Komatsu equipment, trucks, and trailers.
• Experience in receiving, issuing, and organizing spare parts.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with inventory and warehouse management systems (ERP).

Mansioni

• Receive spare parts and check them against purchase orders and invoices.
• Issue spare parts to technicians and mechanics based on approved requests.
• Record all stock transactions and update inventory records in the system.
• Monitor stock levels and report items that need to be reordered.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Organize and maintain the store in a clean and orderly manner.
• Coordinate with the procurement and maintenance teams to ensure spare parts availability.
• Maintain proper control of spare parts and tools and prevent unauthorized issuance.
