Job summary
Amazon UAE is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Abu Dhabi to join the Reliability, Maintenance and Engineering team. You will support the safe and reliable operation of warehouse equipment, coordinate preventive maintenance, and coach technicians on shift activities.
The role combines hands-on maintenance with contractor management, project coordination, and performance monitoring to optimize equipment availability across the network.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office products.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering technology or equivalent, or 1 year of industrial controls and automation experience.
- Experience in project management, including resource planning.
- Experience managing schedules and reporting project status.
Responsibilities
- Support the safe and reliable operation of equipment within the facility.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Coach technicians and support shift supervision when the line manager is unavailable.
- Manage contractors and coordinate maintenance resources.
- Support project coordination and performance monitoring across the network.
